SPECIAL ORDERS AND WHOLESALE ORDERS
Please reach out to us at email@example.com for special and wholesale orders. The following provisions do not apply to special orders and wholesale transactions. Special orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms of the individual contract.
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
While we make every effort to ensure that you have an absolutely wonderful experience while spending time with our products, we are human. We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Debuagrine Code purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below or you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow at least 2 weeks for special and wholesale orders depending on the size of the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you (the receiver), you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit code will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
